We have lots to do at Pali Consulting and would love to find someone to help us with our administrative needs.  We are small but  growing so are looking for part-time help!  We can be relatively flexible with work hours/days during normal business hours.  Some of the tasks we need help with are:

• Project tasks like ordering certificates of insuring, setting up and organizing files, reviewing documents and sending out reports

• Document production using principally Word and Adobe Acrobat

• Marketing help producing resumes, informational brochures and compiling proposals

• General administrative help like mailing, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and sending invoices.
